Returns and Refund

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 3 days without giving any reason. 

The cancellation period will expire after 3 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the product.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the order by e-mail us at To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel your purchase, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You shall send back the goods, without undue delay and in any event not later than 3 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the purchase. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 3 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Note: Please make sure you return all essential parts: the TIMIO player, the discs and the storage bag. We would appreciate if you could also include the original packaging and user manual.

 To return an item

 1. Please notify Timio Singapore of the return: e-mail us at prior to returning the item. Don’t forget to mention your name and order number in the email for fast handling.

2. Put your TIMIO in its original packaging (including the discs and storage bag) in a shipping box, along with a note mentioning: your order number and your name. Please make sure it is packed adequately to prevent damage during shipping (we do not accept liability for returned packages which are damaged during transit). Mail the parcel to us using a shipping company of your choice to a Singapore address in our reply email.

3. The shipping cost is paid by the customer who is also responsible of the product until Timio Singapore receives it.

4. Once we receive your parcel, we will carefully inspect the product.

5. We will issue a refund.
